Amrita Ma Devi here, I am a certified Ayurvedic practitioner with years of experience in helping women balance their hormones and achieve optimal health. I am passionate about empowering women to take control of their hormonal health. I believe that understanding our bodies and working in harmony with our natural cycles can unlock our full potential and live a life of balance and vitality.

I have been studying, writing and immersed daily with Ayurveda since 2007. In 2012 my blog with Ayurvedic recipes took off and since 2018 I have been teaching about the importance of Ayurvedic cleansing, conscious cooking, and the conscious eating of real food. Our approach to food at Ayurveda Anytime is that food is medicine, this has been driven by my own transformational healing journey through diet and herbs.
