Wake, scrape, sip warm water, breathe for 60 seconds, and name your day’s focus. One tiny promise kept = momentum.
STEP 3
Nourish & Move
Eat one warm, gently spiced meal you can repeat. Add 5–10 minutes of kind movement (walk, stretches, or flow). Steady Agni, steadier mind.
STEP 4
Evening Downshift & Reflect
Lights low, screen off, 3-minute abhyanga or foot oil, and one honest sentence in your journal: “What helped me feel safe today?”
