INSIDE THE GUIDE
You don't need convincing that something's off. You need language for it — and a way through.
You feel the churn between work and motherhood, ambition and rest, showing up for everyone but yourself.
You're fulfilled in your career, proud of your family — and something still feels quietly missing.
You keep saying "I'll rest when I'm done" — and done never comes.
You've outgrown generic self-care advice and want a framework rooted in something deeper than a to-do list.
The 6 steps of the framework
A gentle, sequential path — drawn from Vedic wisdom and years in the coaching container — to help you name the fog and find your way back.
Step 01
Name the specific signs of dharma confusion — the churn, the tension, the "I know there's more" — without shame or self-judgment.
Step 02
The problem isn't your purpose—it's the gripping.
Dharma confusion often arises from excess Rajas: the restless energy of urgency, striving, and the endless voice of "I should..."
Step 03
Let go of the grip — the old story that says this has to be a struggle. Breath, somatic drop-in, and a reframe you can return to any time.
Step 05
Let rhythm do the heavy lifting. No system heals — or clarifies — in a scattered state. This is where Ojas is rebuilt.
Step 04
Welcome in the new pattern: ease instead of force, inspiration instead of pressure. Choose the feeling you want to lead from.
Step 06
Integrate one small, embodied step at a time. Dharma isn't found once — it's refined, again and again, as you keep choosing alignment.
"
"As soon as we start gripping, that's when we create the tension inside us — when really, it doesn't need to be there."
"Dharma confusion isn't a dead end. It's an invitation."
Amrita Ma Devi

Hi, my love — I'm Amrita.
I help women find their way back to themselves through Ayurveda and Vedic wisdom: reconnecting with their body, their rhythm, and their dharma.
I created the Dharma Confusion Framework™ after years of sitting with women at this exact threshold — those who are fed, but not fulfilled; accomplished, but not aligned; searching for what’s next while sensing there must be a deeper way.
This guide is the map I wish someone had handed me.
Today, I support women who are ready to stop fighting against their bodies and begin listening to the wisdom that has always been within them.
