Q: Will I be able to go to work whilst I make the cleanse?

Yes. But it is ideal if you can take time off or reduce your activity by 50 per cent whilst you are on the full 10 days of the cleanse.

Q: Can I take medication whilst I cleanse and other supplements?

It is recommended to avoid taking unnecessary medications during the cleanse as they can overburden the liver and add to your body’s workload. Prior consultation with your physician is advisable to determine if this could pose any issues. problem.

Q: Is there anytime I shouldn't make a cleanse?

This cleanse is a prerequisite to a rasayana (rus-AY-ahna) or rejuvenation diet practise that promotes longevity. It also promotes circulation through the entire body so if you are getting rid of toxins deep in the tissues this is not idea whilst breast feeding or whilst you are pregnant. If you are experiencing dryness, weakness and tremendously ill you should also skip the cleanse until you are back on track.

Q: How do I get prepared for the cleanse?

First thing you will need to do is read the book. If you still need a tongue scraper and neti pot then head over to our shop. We have food items for you to order washing detergent and yes…that tongue scraper you will be needing and more.

Q: How do I know what dosha I need to balance?

If you are not sure what your dosha is or feel you want more clarity about which spices to use more of on the cleanse choose the cleanse with coaching. The best way to make a cleanse is when you are doing it correctly and if you are still unsure and need guidance you will be better set up for success.
