Do we need to bring anything to classes?

For most classes, you only need a willingness to show up and a few simple items:

Live Workouts (Yoga & Move & Align):
• A yoga mat or non-slip surface
• Comfortable workout clothes
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• Optional: a strap or belt for stretches, and a bolster or blanket for restorative poses

Cooking Workshops:
• Your own kitchen (stove, cookware, utensils)
• The ingredient list we send out before each session, so you can cook along live
• A notebook and pen, if you want to jot down tips or recipe variations

Ayurvedic Q & A Sessions:
• Just yourself and any questions you’d like answered
• A journal or device to take notes on herbs, routines, or self-care practices that resonate

Manifestation Moon Circles:
• A quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed
• A candle or small crystal (optional) to set an intention or altar
• Your journal for writing down insights or intentions during the circle

If you’re ever unsure or need clarification before a specific workshop, please check the announcement email or reach out to us in the portal. Otherwise, bring your presence and curiosity, and we’ll provide the rest.

When are the Live Workshop’s and what if I can’t attend?
  • Weekly Live Workouts:

    • Move & Align Sessions: Saturdays at 5 pm CEST & Mondays at 10 am CEST. These classes are also labelled “Feminine Freedom Yoga” and “Move & Align” in your portal.

    • All past workout sessions are recorded and uploaded—usually within 24 hours—to your member area under “Workouts → Feminine Freedom Yoga & Move & Align.”

    Monthly Cooking Workshops:

    • Held on the first Sunday of each month at 5 pm CEST. These sessions may take a bit longer to edit, but replays are added to the portal as soon as they’re ready under “Workshops → Cooking.”

      Ayurvedic Q &A Session:

    • Takes place on the third Sunday of each month at 5 pm CEST. The replay is uploaded within 24 hours under “Workshops → Q &A.”

  • Manifestation Moon Circle:

    • Happens every other Sunday at 5 pm CEST. Replays are posted under “Workshops → Moon Circle” once editing is complete.

Whenever you miss a live event, simply log into your member’s area to find the recording—so you never miss a beat on your journey toward sacred vitality.

Will you help me track my progress and improvement?

Each month, we also host live (and recorded) check-in sessions where you can share breakthroughs, receive personalised feedback, and celebrate how far you’ve come. Between workshops, our community chat serves as a place to report small victories, ask questions, and receive encouragement in real time.

Additionally, within the Sacred Vitality Collective, we offer a suite of printable tracking tools—designed to accompany you as you integrate the four pillars into your life. Simply download the PDFs, print them out, and use them to log daily rituals, note wins and challenges, and chart your progress over time. No, since it is a membership, you only have access to the content, materials, community and members’ area while you are an active member.

What If I’m Not Over 35?

Members range from 35 to 65+—we tailor support for midlife shifts, but younger members also find the mindset and community incredibly valuable.

How Much Time Will This Require?

Live sessions are 1–1.5 hours per week. On average, members spend 15–30 minutes daily on their own self-care practices, and they can catch up on replays at any time.

Do I Need Prior Ayurvedic or Yoga Experience?

All foundational practices are taught from scratch—no prior experience required. We meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re brand-new or already exploring Ayurvedic living.
