My Story
— And Why I Built This For You
I’m Amrita. And I know the slow ache of trying everything… and still not feeling better.
For years, I lived in a body running on empty.
Burnout. Gut issues. Hormonal storms. Chronic overwhelm.
I was a personal trainer pushing through pain,
punishing my body, people-pleasing, abandoning myself —believing discipline would save me.
It didn’t.
Ayurveda did. Feminine rhythm did. Nervous system healing did.
When I stopped pushing and began listening — choosing flow, self-care, and honest reflection on my desires — everything began to reorganise.
My digestion settled.
My hormones softened.
My energy returned.
And with it, my sense of worth and joy..
Now my work is devoted to guiding women back to their inner nectar.
Over years of working with women, I’ve come to see that it’s rarely the body that’s broken.
The body knows how to restore itself when the right conditions are present.
What truly shifts everything is what a woman begins to see within herself.
