Ojas is the most sacred of the three — the refined essence of all nourishment, the substance that gives you glow, immunity, emotional resilience, and the capacity to be moved without being swept away. The sensitive woman is almost always Ojas-depleted. She gives from her depths before her depths are full. She was told her sensitivity was too much — and spent years contracting around it.
We build Ojas through warm nourishment, Abhyanga, rest as devotion, and the slow radical practice of receiving — as an act of self-worth.

My Story
For years I lived in a body running on empty — burnout, gut turbulence, hormonal storms, chronic overwhelm. I was pushing through, punishing, people-pleasing, distant from who I was and what I wanted to become. I believed force would fix my health conditions, but it didn´t.
When I learned to stop, listen and magnetise — to choose flow over force, nourishment over restriction, honest reflection over relentless doing — everything began to reorganise.
My digestion settled. My hormones softened. My Ojas returned. And with it, my sense of worth and joy.

Now my work is devoted to guiding women back to their own inner nectar — through the science of Prana, Tejas, and Ojas, woven into the rhythms of daily life.
