I’m Amrita. And I know the slow ache of trying everything… and still not feeling better.
For years I lived in a body running on empty. Burnout. Gut issues. Hormonal storms. Chronic overwhelm. I was a personal trainer punishing my way through pain, thinking discipline would save me. It didn’t
