My formal education in Ayurveda began at Yoga Veda, where I graduated in 2019 as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I've honed my focus on plant-based cooking and striving to support others through their unique wellness journeys in retreats, conscious cooking workshops, cleanses online, and pop-up cookery workshops.


More than just a cook, I'm your guide to holistic wellness. My journey began after the birth of our first child in 2006. Cooking and eating the Ayurvedic way was the most holistic approach to nourishing our family as we travelled. I harnessed my skills to use food as medicine in Uzbekistan, Costa Rica and many other countries where medical care was not a simple option for us. But my passion lies in the vibrant world of plant-based cuisine, where I've honed my skills as a certified plant-based chef.


My mission? To empower you on your unique path to well-being. I've supported countless individuals in discovering the transformative power of conscious cooking.


Beyond the ancient wisdom lies a love for life's simple pleasures: cosy nights with a good (albeit, maybe cheesy) rom-com, getting lost in a captivating read, and savouring a morning latte. And when the wanderlust strikes, you'll find me exploring forests, mountains and beaches with my husband and three wonderful children.


My expertise has graced the pages of Oso Major retreat recipe books and Om Magazine. In these publications, I've shared my insights and inspirations with "smart, conscious mamas" seeking a deeper connection to wellness and self-care.

When are the calls?

Calls are once a week on Fridays at 12 pm CET.

What if I can't make the live coaching calls?

All live sessions will be recorded and uploaded on the day of the event. You can watch them later that day at a time convenient for you.

How long do we have access to the material?

You will have access to the membership portal until 1st, November 2024.

How much time will I need to devote to the program?

We advise you to set aside time in your routine, which might be 90 minutes a week, depending on your experience with Ayurvedic practices.

What do we talk about on the Live Sessions?

The live sessions are the course material, seasonal practices, or live kitchen sessions. You will get a roadmap of what to prepare before your class.

What if I don't know very much about Ayurveda?
