Frequently Asked Questions

Why is an Ayurvedic consultation recommended before live events?

Transformational and awakening processes place real demands on the nervous system, digestion, endocrine system, and overall vitality. Ayurveda helps assess whether the body is sufficiently resourced to support these processes, and where adjustments may be needed to stabilise and integrate the work. This consultation supports embodiment and continuity rather than intensity without integration.

Is this session focused on health or on awakening?

Both — but from a grounded Vedic physiological perspective. The consultation addresses how your constitution, lifestyle, and current imbalances may influence your capacity to process energetic and psychological transformation. The aim is not to interpret spiritual experiences, but to support the body so the process can unfold with greater stability and coherence.

Is this session therapy or psychological processing?

No. This is not therapy, trauma processing, or counselling. The session is educational and advisory, focusing on constitutional assessment, lifestyle guidance, and nervous-system support based on Ayurvedic principles. Participants are expected to have appropriate therapeutic or medical support elsewhere if required.

Will this session interfere with the work being done on the live event?

No. It is designed to support it. Ayurvedic guidance helps reduce unnecessary strain on the system so that participants can remain present, regulated, and receptive during the live work. The session does not alter, direct, or interpret the content of the event itself.

What kind of recommendations might be given?

Recommendations may include:

  • adjustments to diet, meal timing, or digestion support

  • sleep and rhythm guidance

  • nervous-system stabilisation practices

  • lifestyle modifications appropriate to your constitution

All recommendations are practical, non-invasive, and designed to be integrated alongside daily life and the event process.

Do I need prior experience with Ayurveda?

No. The consultation meets you where you are. Concepts are explained clearly and applied in a grounded, accessible way. No prior knowledge is required.

Is this a medical consultation?

No. This session does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. It is an educational consultation rooted in traditional Ayurvedic assessment and the application of modern lifestyle practices. If you have a medical condition, please continue working with your qualified healthcare provider.

What if I am already working with other practitioners?

That is welcome. Ayurvedic guidance can sit alongside medical, therapeutic, or psychological support. This session does not ask you to discontinue any existing care.

What happens if I do not complete the intake form in advance?

The intake form is essential for the session to be effective. If it is not completed at least 24 hours before the session, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Who is this consultation not suitable for?

This session may not be appropriate if you are currently in acute psychological crisis or require immediate medical or psychiatric care. In such cases, appropriate professional support should be sought first.
