These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of Ayurveda Anytime (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Amrita Ma Devi. This Site is a blog and E-Learning platform.


By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Amrita Ma Devi and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

User Contributions

Users may post the following information on our Site:

  • Public Comments

By posting publicly on our Site, you agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Goods And Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

The following goods and services are available on our Site:

  • Ayurvedic Health Consultation;
  • EBooks; and
  • E-learning courses.

We are legally obliged to supply goods that match the description of the goods you order on our site.

The goods are paid for in FULL when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed outside at the time you access them. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information descriptions and images we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agreed to purchase goods and services from outside at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify or reject. I will cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary if we cancel your order and have already processed your payment. We will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instructions to verify receipt of any refund.

Course Registration Policy

  • Selection of a payment plan and the first payment ‘aka Deposit’ is required to secure your spot, price and bonuses for the selected course. This payment is not refundable.
  • For Sacred Vitality Club, Reawaken Healing Cleanse, and Nourish your Nature course members, once your first payment is made, you will be added to the course’s platform and can start in the next group session. For Nourish Your Nature and Reawaken Healing Cleanse course members, will start with the next group start dates for live sessions.
  • The first payment is due upfront to secure your spot.
  • All payment plans are set up as auto-pay.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Course tuition is not refundable once the member is given access to a course.
  • Refunds for fees paid on a course will be given if cancellation is requested – BEFORE course access is given.
  • Deposits are NOT refundable.
  • Once your cancellation has been approved, a £500 administrative fee will be charged to your on-file credit card.

Deferral Policy

  • In rare situations, such as job loss, or a change in family status, a deferral may be granted to delay your course start date and pause your payment plan.
  • Deferring your course start date is allowed only once.
  • To request a deferral, complete this form.
  • Upon acceptance of your deferral request, a £500 administrative fee will be charged to your on-file credit card.
  • Once you’ve requested a deferral, you’re considered a member of the next course start date. The maximum deferral will be 6 months or 2 quarters equivalent.

Events Policy (Retreats, Meetups + Live Workshops)

  • Event and retreat registrations may be cancelled 20 days before the event start date.
  • A refund will be given minus a £200 cancellation fee.
  • If you can find someone to purchase your ticket (by 2 weeks before the event) you will get a full refund, less a £50 transaction fee.
  • For cancelled registrations with extra days added, an additional £50 fee is applied before the refund amount is calculated.
  • Prices for our retreats and events are subject to change without notice.
  • The payment will be forfeited if the above terms are not complied with.
  • An option to change events is allowed 20 days before the start date of the original event purchased, subject to a £50 transaction fee.
  • The payment will be applied as course credit to the chosen new event.
  • The payment will be forfeited if the 20-day time frame is not fulfilled.

AYURVEDA ANYTIME STORE

  • Digital products in the Ayurveda Anytime Store are final sale and not refundable.

Course Upsells

  • The membership course starts with Sacred Vitality Club and can be upgraded to VIP with additional charges.
  • Members can upgrade with their course enrollment anytime within the first quarter/3 months within the club course and will credit all payments made to the SVC course.
  • Once the 3-month upsell/upgrade period expires – any course upgrade will be sold at the original price.

Testimonials, Stories and FB Live Sessions

Live Sessions with Amrita Ma Devi and the other guest speakers, coaches, mentors, assistants and team member take place on Zoom. While using the platform the user must comply with Zoom policies. Ayurveda Anytime records and stores all live sessions. By attending the live sessions, you agree for your voice and video to be recorded and stored by Ayurveda Anytime. You also agree to have the recording published in the hub of the course at ayurvedaanytime.com and promoted in our private Facebook Groups to course members. Ayurveda Anytime will not share this material with third parties. Ayurveda Anytime will ask for your consent before sharing any recording outside the course members’ community.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site and providing notice of a such change. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.


If the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision.


This policy complies to the US law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European residents.

  • Your use of the Services is subject to this legal agreement between you and Ayurveda Anytime, LLC (“YH”). Any products, software, and services provided to you under a separate written agreement are not subject to this agreement.

Subscribing via Ayurveda Anytime® Forms/Purchasing Access to Ayurveda Anytime® Services

  • By subscribing to any of the Ayurveda Anytime® Services or filling out any Ayurveda Anytime® download forms, you agree to our Terms of Use, and you are providing your express consent to be contacted by us, via electronic messages or otherwise to notify you about the new products, services, and features offered by Ayurveda Anytime®. You may withdraw your consent at any time.


  • Access to the Services is determined at our sole discretion. If your access is disabled, you will be advised of this when attempting to access the Services.
