HOW DOES THE DETOX PROGRAM WORK?
On Sunday, you will gain access to a module with video lessons from Amrita about what to do during the week. This program offers a comprehensive package to ensure your individual health needs are met, regardless of age. This includes a detailed manual, a 60-minute initial consultation, 21 days of informative videos, tailored lifestyle and diet plans, email support, herbal and formulation recommendations, and a 30-minute follow-up consultation.
Additionally, you will be a part of a private Facebook group where you can connect, share resources, and interact with a supportive community. You will also receive a REAWAKEN HEALING GUIDE and 30 delightful KHITCHARI RECIPE COLLECTION in pdf format.
Three live Zoom calls will be held each week, on Wednesdays at 4pm CET. If you cannot attend these meetings, you can watch the recordings at your convenience.

WEEK 1
Preparation
With a shopping list and recipes ready to go, all you need to do is decide on a date. We suggest starting at the spring equinox, so that you can make the most of the fresh ingredients and longer days. Plus, it’s a perfect opportunity to celebrate the start of a new season. So, let’s get shopping, cooking, and planning a memorable spring cleanse!
WEEK 2
Active Cleansing
The active cleansing phase is a monodiet consisting primarily of whole grains, kitchari, and vegetables, as well as detoxifying herbs and teas – all of which provide a balanced and nourishing diet. This provides an effective way to cleanse the body, whilst still providing essential nutrients and energy.
WEEK 3
Reintroduction
The reintroduction-rejuvenation structure helps to gradually ease the body into and out of a cleanse, providing deep nourishment to the tissues in the process. Moreover, it ensures that the body is given ample time to adjust before and after the cleanse, ensuring a more thorough and beneficial experience overall.

Yes, you can do the cleanse while still managing your normal activities. However, it is recommended that you take time off or reduce your activity by 50% during the 10 days of your cleanse to get the full benefits.
If you have a delicate health condition, it’s important to consult with your doctor before starting any cleanse. Our Ayurvedic doctor can provide you with valuable advice on which natural medicines to include during the cleanse. It’s best to speak to your doctor beforehand to see if the cleanse is suitable for your health condition.
This cleanse is a prerequisite to a rasayana (rus-AY-ahna) or rejuvenation diet practise that promotes longevity. It also promotes circulation through the entire body so if you are getting rid of toxins deep in the tissues. This is not idea whilst breast feeding or whilst you are pregnant. If you are experiencing dryness, weakness and tremendously ill and you feel weak. You should also skip the cleanse until you are back on track.
When you are on your period see how you feel. This is individual if you are strong then continue with the cleanse if you need to rest more then do that. If you are totally weak then eat normally and return to the cleanse once your period ends. Once your energy levels return you can then get back into the cleanse.
First thing you will need to do is read the book. If you still need a tongue scraper and neti pot then head over to our shop. We have food items for you to order washing detergent and yes…that tongue scraper you will be needing and more.
If you are not sure what your dosha is or feel you want more clarity about which spices to use more of on the cleanse choose the cleanse with coaching. The best way to make a cleanse is when you are doing it correctly and if you are still unsure and need guidance you will be better set up for success.
You have until 1 June to access to the cleanse material and a lifetime access to the cleanse tribe. We will always have material available for you in the Facebook group and notify the group when to begin the next round.
