Parsley has so many amino acids, vitamins, and minerals such as Vit A, B6, and B12, Vit C, and Vit K. Along with minerals that help anaemia, inflammation, and joint problems.

Only 2 tablespoons give 2% more quality minerals; calcium, iron, and folate than our daily recommended dose. Parsley is cooling and astringent in flavour which is detoxifying for the liver.

  • 1 cup almond pulp from nut milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley roughly cut
  • 2 tsp lemon juice OR apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Either use soaked blanched almonds or bulp from nut milk as a base for this pate. In a food processor combine the ingrediants together until they form a smooth pate.

2. Use a form to spoon in the pate mixture and serve on bread.

3. This will keep for upto 5 days if covered in the fridge.
