Amrita Ma Devi
This warm, aromatic blend is especially balancing for Vata dosha, which tends to be cool, dry, and lightâqualities that can lead to issues like dry skin, cold hands and feet, and an overactive mind. The spices in this blend provide grounding warmth and promote digestion and circulation, ideal for Vata types or for anyone during the fall season.
Add this spice blend to warm, nourishing dishes like soups, stews, and root vegetable dishes. Its grounding and warming properties help settle Vata dosha, promoting inner calm and balance.
