1. Clean jar or glass container that can be sealed tightly and can hold at least 12 oz.
2. Wash and dry your herbs and air dry in a clean dry spot. Take the leaves from their stems. Use the lemon and peel the turmeric and ginger then grate.
3. Pack the sage leaves into your glass jar, with lemon and turmeric and pour the honey over.
4. All the ingredients will combine and you can use the syrup three times a day.
(Optional) Remove the leaves, pressing all of the honey out of them or use them in tea. You can decant into a medicine bottle that is easier to pour.
5. Store tightly sealed in a cool place, the honey will preserve all the ingrediants.
