Three Summer Smoothie Recipes

Amrita Ma Devi

If you are stuck with herbal powders and you cannot take them because they just taste too bitter. We have a whole section on herbal tonics which are enjoyable all year round to drink.

Smoothies are usually fast-acting carbohydrates that can help raise low blood sugar, and replace fluids and electrolytes that restore blood sugar to a normal range. Along with exercise, a proper diet that avoids processed foods such as white bread and sugar.

Our smoothies and tonics include a balanced combination of protein and fats that slow down the absorption of sugars in the blood.

The all-natural ingredients, unlike juices, smoothies retain the whole fruit, including fiber along with vitamins, and minerals. Some of the most effective herbs and supplements for common health issues and digestion are addressed in this ebook. Along with a step-by-step guide showing you how to use them (and make them taste 👅 great) in our recipes.

With a short list of ingredients for each dosha, you will be making these smoothies and tonics. We have added even more recipes so that you can use this book year-round. People who use these recipes keep it fresh and healthy while hitting the hydration spot.
