I was first introduced to savory bowls in LA, the concept of getting all your nutritional needs met in a bowl was fun, fresh and delicious. Frankly I love all my food on one plate so its easy to work out how much of a portion your getting of each ingredient. Here we have half a plate of veggies with a seedy protein rich quinoa and gut health happy yogurt and raw cucumbers. It feels balanced and tastes wonderful.
