Green Tara breakfasting bowl. I don’t know what makes this work so well is it the matcha 🍵 the mint or chocolate nibs or maybe the mango? I don’t know but we loved eating this for breakfast at the weekend. Here is how you make it. Matcha and chia is a hit with high antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids. Great way to start a day.

INGREDIENTS


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup of Chia seeds hydrated over night with 2 cups of almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup sweetener ofchoice such as maple syrup honey, date syrup or coconut sugar
  • 10 leaves of mint
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seed powder
  • 4 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 4 tsp Cocoa nibs
  • 1/2 a Mango peeled and thinly sliced

1. Mix the almond milk and matcha in a blender. Add in the mint leaves and sweetener and pulse.

2. Stir in the chia and fennel powder and pour into bowls.

3. Now arrange your coconut, nibs, and mango making a rose with the mango by molding them into a circle and serve with love
