Matcha Bliss Balls

This recipe is a divine raw coconut treat. Really use the juicy fleshy dates to make the taste perfect. You will love these to accompany a bitter tea to contrast the flavours.

  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Matcha powder
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Dates

INSTRUCTIONS


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Makes 15 balls

2. Mix ingredients and let the mixture sit in the fridge for 20 mins.

3. Take the mixture out of the fridge

4. Use a teaspoon and make into balls in the palm of your hands.

5. Serve a few and refrigerate the others until they are needed.
