INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Slice grapefruit in half. With a sharp knife cut along the individual segments of the exposed grapefruit halves. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Place cut side up on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey, agave, or maple syrup. Enjoy!
