Ready to whip up a batch? Here's a simple recipe to get you started.

Tips & Tricks:

Dough Leftovers? No problem! The dough can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.

Whole Wheat Option: While whole wheat flour offers a nutritional boost, it can make the chapatis drier. If you choose whole wheat, use more water when kneading the dough.

Flavour Fun: Experiment with adding spices like cumin or coriander seeds to the dough for a different flavour profile.

Enjoy your delicious and healthy Spelt Chapatis! They're perfect on their own or paired with your favourite breakfast toppings, such as chutneys, yogurt, or even scrambled eggs.
