  • 80 g almond flour
  • 40 g chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 100 g homemade tahini without added salt
  • 100 g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp nigella seeds

1. Set the oven at 160 degrees.

2. In the food processor mix all the dry ingredients together.

3. Next add in the wet ingredient and pulse until well mixed.

4. Using a tablespoon scoop out the dough and shape in your hand.

5. Mix the seed together. Pinch and sprinkle them to the cookie top and bottom of each cookie and place them on a baking tray lined with paper.

6. Bake for 7 minutes in the oven and cool before serving.
