Tropical Banana Cake
Enjoy our tropical banana cake made with jaggery sugar and ghee. To make this nourishing, soft, and Moorish grounding Vata balancing cake.

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F 180°C
2. Cut your parchment paper to fit your baking tin or loaf pan. Lightly butter and set aside.
3. Combine the ghee and sugar in a bowl, and blend in the food processor with the ripe bananas until you have a smooth liquid.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients together, pour in the banana mixture and the dried mango, and spoon the mixture into the baking pan. Spread evenly, then cut lengthwise a banana for the decoration on top of the cake. Arrange the banana and sprinkle over the pecans.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes in the middle of the oven.
