1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until all the nuts, spices, and seeds have mostly broken down and the ingredients begin to come together. Then leave the processor on until the mixture becomes almost smooth, releasing the natural oils and sticking together easily.
2. Form 8 balls with the heaped teaspoon size bomb mixture. Transfer the Chia bombs to a plate before eating.
3. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the refrigerator for 7 days.
