  • 1/4 cup Millet
  • 1.5 cups of black tea
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • .5 tsp cardamom
  • .5 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • .5 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon of jaggery optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the ghee in a saucepan along with some ghee. Once the ghee is melted add the crushed cinnamon stick.

2. After a minute add the raisins and the millet.

3. Pour in the black tea, cardamom, the milk along with the salt and sugar. Stir and let it simmer on a low flame for 25 minutes.

4. Serve and eat immediately whilst hot.
