Creamy Coriander Dressing

  • 2 cups coriander leaf
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 150 ml filtered water

1. In a blender, combine the coriander leaf, cumin, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and filtered water.

2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.

4. Serve over steamed veggies or as a dip for vegetables. Enjoy!
