Instant Paprika Hot Sauce






INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tbsp lemon juice or lime
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp hot paprika

INSTRUCTIONS


INSTRUCTIONS


1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice or lime, maple syrup or jaggery, and Himalayan salt. Mix well until everything is dissolved.

2. Add in the hot paprika and mix until well combined.

3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more salt or sweetener if desired.

4. Serve the instant paprika hot sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

This hot sauce is perfect for adding a spicy kick to your favourite dishes! Use it as a dip for chips, a sauce for savoury pancakes or vegetables, or even as a marinade on tempe. Enjoy!
