Millet Pancakes

As we approach the end of the mild Spring season, we want to offer you a delicious and healthy option for breakfast that will leave you feeling satisfied and energised. Our Millet pancakes with instant Paprika hot sauce are the perfect choice for those looking for a hearty and wholesome meal to start their day. Millet is an ancient grain that has been cultivated for thousands of years and is known for its numerous health benefits. It is packed with essential nutrients such as magnesium, phosphorus, and fibre, which help to promote good digestion, boost metabolism, and lower cholesterol levels.

Our Millet pancakes are made with a blend of millet flour, chickpea flour, and nigella, which give them a rich and nutty flavour. They are also gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan, making them a great option for those with dietary restrictions. To top it off, we have created an instant Paprika hot sauce that complements the pancakes perfectly. Made with fresh paprika, jaggery, and lemon juice, this sauce adds a spicy and smoky flavour to the dish and is sure to awaken your taste buds.
